The Pennine Cloud is working with Cyber Street UK, a business-led collaborative partnership between local employers, schools, colleges, academies and community organisations to bridge the skills gap and future-proof the workforce. Cyber Street UK enables local employers to tell young people all about the exciting opportunities on their own doorstep; and the skills, personal qualities and other attributes they look for in their employees. Empowering young people to be realistic in their goals and make informed decisions about their future careers.

The Pennine Cloud is working with Shepley Village, a local community website for Shepley, a village located in the foothills of the Yorkshire Pennines between Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester; the heart of 'Summer Wine' Country. Shepley is looking at smarter ways for local people, community groups and businesses to work more collaboraively for the benefit of the local area, residents, employees, tourists and visitors. Identifying opportunities and encouraging resilience to help create jobs and grow the local economy.
